guru'w
Rhythm as structure.
About
Bio
guru'w is a techno producer and selector working with fast grooves, 90s techno and broken beats. The sound is raw; the design behind it is exact.
The EP The Pendulum Forgot To Swing was released on Planet Rhythm's Special Series in 2026. His tracks have been played by Richie Hawtin, Alarico and Funk Tribu, and at Tomorrowland, Kappa FuturFestival and Neopop. Recorded sets for platforms including BCCO.
He runs the imprint Uncondt Rytm, is art director of AUC and handles A&R for Intrinsik, where he curated the fourteen-track compilation Ritmik.
Based between Spain and Turkey.

Vision
Rhythm is structure, not decoration. The kick and the rumble are the foundation. Anything placed above them carries weight or is removed.
No builds. No drops. Time moves in cycles, and a transition is a fracture, not a climax. 140 to 145 BPM, polyrhythm pulling against a fixed 4/4 spine until the room loses its sense of linear time.
A track is a shelter, not an escape. Cold at the surface, warm at the core. The reference is grey concrete and bureaucratic rigidity, not imported club romanticism.
Discipline over hedonism. The same motion, repeated until the repetition becomes the meaning.
The rule holds in the studio and in the lesson: nothing superfluous.
One must imagine Sisyphus dancing.

Overview
One student. One goal. Two months.
Private Ableton Live mentorship over Zoom. For producers who can work the software but don’t yet finish tracks that hold up in a club.
Format
- Weekly 90-minute sessions over two months
- A program built around your next concrete goal: a release, a label demo, a set
- Every session recorded and archived.
- Questions answered between sessions.
- Turkish or English
What you leave with
A finished, mastered, club-ready track and its stems. Built by you, in your own workflow.
Method: No Rescue
Nothing is left for the next stage to fix. Sound selection as if there will be no mix. Mixing as if there will be no master. Mastering reduced to loudness and analog colour.
Fundamentals first, down to the detail: phase and polarity before plugins. Then the genre work, mostly tribal, fast-paced, hypnotic and hardgroove techno. Once the foundation holds, the workflow is compressed into shortcuts.
Program
The default eight weeks. Each program bends around the student’s goal.
- Foundations: sound physics, phase and polarity, gain staging, reference analysis. Output: a map of the genre.
- The loop I: low end, atmosphere, synths. Output: loop skeleton.
- The loop II: modulation, percussion and drums, vocals, FX. Output: finished loop.
- Arrangement I: subtractive arrangement, MIDI variations. Output: structure map.
- Arrangement II: automation, tension and release, detail. Output: full arrangement.
- Mixing I: grouping, buses, sends. Output: balanced bus mix.
- Mixing II: parallel processing, analog emulation, stereo and dynamics. Output: premaster.
- Mastering and club test. Output: club master, tested in a DJ set.
State your goal. Pricing and availability by reply.
Level 2
Two more months, built on what you need next. Open to students who finished the eight weeks.
Mixing & Mastering
For dance and club music.
Mixing
For fully arranged tracks. You send the stems, you receive a mix balanced for the club and ready for mastering.
Mastering
For premastered tracks. Loudness, translation across club systems and headphones, analog colour.
Mix + master
Both in one pass, from stems to final file.
The mix does the work. The master finishes it: nothing added to hide a problem that belongs in the mix.
Details
- Submission: Mixing: 24-bit WAV stems. Mastering: 24-bit WAV premaster. No limiter, -3 dB headroom minimum. Files outside spec are returned unprocessed.
- Delivery: One club-ready 24-bit WAV. MP3 320 on request.
- Revisions: Three. Structural arrangement problems are not fixed in the mix.
- Turnaround: 2–3 days from audio approval.
